Where our role stops

ITMAD is an accredited certification body, and under ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO/IEC 17065 we are prohibited from consulting on the standards we certify against. Where we supply management system software, we provide and implement the platform. The procedures, policies and technical content held within it are authored and owned by your own personnel. We do not write, review or approve the management system of any organisation we certify.

Technology and delivery

Applications are developed in React, Astro, Vue.js, Node.js, Python and .NET, deployed on cloud or on-premise infrastructure according to your data residency requirements. Work covers the full scope from requirements definition through development, testing, deployment and ongoing support, or a defined part of it where you have an internal team. Security, reliability and audit traceability are treated as requirements rather than additions, since these systems usually hold records that must survive external scrutiny.
